Oklahoma Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP)
The primary purpose of the 2045 LRTP is to provide strategic direction for the development of the Oklahoma multimodal transportation system. Developing the 2045 LRTP was a multimodal planning effort that looked at the state’s highways and bridges, as well as rail, ports, aviation connections, transit and bicycle/pedestrian facilities. Chapters 8 and 10 address active transportation.
